How do I apply?
All students wishing to receive free laptops under the Prime Minister’s Free Laptop Scheme can receive a free laptop by registering online.
All students must meet the above criteria or they will not be eligible for the 2022 PM laptop program.
Students who meet the above criteria may apply to this program online at the Higher Education Commission website or at http://pmlns.hec.gov.pk.
There you need to create your profile if you want to get a free laptop. The registration process consists of four phases.
