The feature was announced in August and is now available to all users
With this feature, users can silently leave unwanted WhatsApp groups.
By doing this, the group admin will get an alert, but the other members will not know about it.
Now this feature is available for all users.
This feature will be more useful in large WhatsApp groups where people would get overwhelmed by the volume of messages

To use this feature, go to the chat window of the group you want to leave in WhatsApp
After opening the chat window click on the group name at the top and scroll down to the info page and select the exit group option and that’s it.
By doing this, your leaving the group will not be known to anyone except the admin, however, other members will be able to find out about it by going to the group’s details page.
However, this feature will only work if you have the latest version of WhatsApp on your phone, otherwise, when you leave the group, it will become known to all members, like before.
